The MKC is a permanent committee named in the MKMA constitution. It also has its own constitution outlining its structure and remit.

The MKICC Team encompasses the committee, consultants and officers and a number of people who assist in an ad hoc capacity (in excess of 15 people). The committee members are responsible for organising their teams specific tasks.

CHAIRPERSON
Mohammed Ageli

Having grown up in the local community Mohammed has established links and a multi-generational perspective. He is an architect currently working for an award winning London practice and possesses real experience in managing projects.

 

TREASURER
Amer Abdullah

Currently working for a multinational company, Amer keeps the rest of the committee in check. He is prudent and honest and as treasurer is instrumental in managing and monitoring both the everyday and MKICC fundraising accounts.

Mohammed Al Hadi Sheikh

A long serving member of the Muslim community in Milton Keynes and a taxi driver by profession he is calm and collected. Seeing the best in people he is always willing to listen, which comes as a real asset in helping to run the MKMA.

 

GRANTS, COUNCIL LIAISON & WELFARE
Dr. Abdul Raheem Suleman

Tanzanian born, Abdul Raheem studied medicine from 1965 in the UK and has been a practicing GP in Milton Keynes since 1977. A community figure with a wife of 30 years and 2 children, he has much experience in the issues faced by Muslim women and ethnic minorities especially making him kind and considerate.
