Our four trustees have been an integral part of the MKMA since it was founded in February 2007. As founding members, they have been the motivating force behind the Association and have worked tirelessly to promote the MKMA and Islam within Milton Keynes.

Amer works for a large multi-national company and is father to two daughters. Fluent in Arabic, Amer hails from Tanzania and has lived in Milton Keynes for nearly 20 years. |

As a long serving member of the Muslim community in Milton Keynes Muhammad Alhadi Sheikh is a calm and collected individual, able to lead by example. Seeing the best in people, he is always willing to listen. |

A qualified solicitor and father of one, Mohamed spent a year and a half studying in Syria with his wife, before returning to MK where he is now in charge of our madrassa - the Olive Supplementary School. |

Mudhir is a Kenyan business man and was the driving force behind setting up the MKMA madrassa, with his wife. He is a well-known figure around Milton Keynes, where he has lived for a number of years. |

Libyan-born and raised in Milton Keynes, Mohamed is an architect in an established and award-winning practice. He is responsible for the design of the proposed mosque and Islamic Centre. |

Father to twin girls, accountant Muhammad reverted to Islam ten years ago and keeps an eye on the MKMA's finances! |

Born and raised in High Wycombe, Leila converted to Islam in 2006 and spent 18 months teaching in Cairo before moving to Milton Keynes in 2008. |
